Jean Boudreau, CA

Mr. Boudreau completed his B.A.A. in business administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in 1981 and has been a member of the Quebec order of Chartered Accountants since 1983.

Being in public practice for more than twenty years, he is providing certification and consultation services to small and medium size companies acting in several sectors. Over the years, he has also developped a good expertise of the real estate sector.

Jacques Boucher, CA, CPA, MBA

Mr. Boucher joined the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec in 1983 and obtained a MBA from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in 1991. In 1995, he received the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is presently a member of the Michigan Board of Accountancy.

Mr. Boucher provides various certification services to our clientele and he also specializes in American taxation. Over the years, Mr. Boucher has been involved and acquired in-depth knowledge of the publishing and construction sectors.

Luc Fafard, CA

Mr. Fafard completed his B.A.A. in business administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in 1981 and has been a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec since 1983.

Over the years, Mr. Fafard has been involveed and has developped a very good expertise in the field of business mergers and acquisitions, financing and business valuation in addition to providing auditing and other certification services to small and medium size clients.

Mr. Hamel provides certification, taxation and other related services to a large base of clients and specializes in the fields of forest products and insurance brokerage industry.

Sophie Houle, CA

Mrs. Houle graduated from the Université du Québec in Montréal in 1987 and accepted as a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec in 1989.

Mrs. Houle is in charge of the quality control and professionnal development departments. She coordinates continuing education training for our professionnal staff and ensures that the firm complies and maintain the highest of professionnal standards throughout all assignments.

Mrs. Houle is also a research and development consultant providing services to our client base.

She has worked with the firm for more than fifteen years and, since 1996, has managed the computerized bookkeeping department.
